To help you with this process, we have created the following Refund and Returns Policy. Please read the policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

a. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when it was received.
b. The item must be in its original packaging, with all included accessories and documentation.
c. The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

Please note that custom-made or special order items, clearance or discounted items, and items damaged during installation cannot be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] or call us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
b. Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation and the RA number.
c. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support team.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Levant Stone is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the product. They will provide you with further instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate. In such cases, Levant Stone will cover the return shipping costs.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already been shipped.
